About the Event
Join Sunshine’s Adventures for an epic day shredding down singletrack trails on a mountain bike then cooling off with a relaxing paddleboard adventure down the Tennessee River! This is a true Chattanooga nature experience where you get to have two adventures in one day!
We will start the adventure with a shuttle ride up the mountain where you will be dropped off with your bike and a local guide to bomb down some serious singletrack. Trails are rated as intermediate with some technical features. You’ll travel 7.5 miles, mostly downhill, with a few climbs and technical features mixed in to test your skills. After shredding it and sending it, you’ll trade in your two wheels for a stable inflatable paddleboard for a 4-mile downriver paddle in the beautiful Tennessee River gorge.
Sunshine’s Adventures will outfit you for the paddleboard adventure and lead you on a tranquil paddle down the Tennessee River. Adventurers must have their own mountain bike equipment to participate. This adventure is ideal for intermediate to advanced mountain bikers and intermediate paddlers who want a unique and immersive outdoor Chattanooga experience!
Cost is $100 per person which includes a shuttle for you and your bike to the top of the mountain, all the paddleboard equipment including board, paddle, and life jacket, experienced guides with you throughout the duration of the day, leading you down the trails and down the river so you don’t have to worry about taking a wrong turn and getting lost, and transportation back to your vehicle at the conclusion of the paddle. Limited to 4 adventurers for a quality experience. Get a full Chattanooga experience and have an adventure of a lifetime with us!
