About the Event

Join Sunshine's Adventures for a peaceful paddle on the calm waters of Chickamauga Lake beginning at sunset and ending by the light of the full moon! This 2-hour, guided and fully equipped paddleboard tour is perfect for beginners and intermediate paddlers who want a unique adventure on one of Chattanooga’s scenic waterways.

You don't have to be an experienced paddler to participate in this adventure. Everyone receives basic paddling instruction, water safety information and will be properly outfitted for adventure before setting out for a leisurely paced paddle around the inlets and islands to watch the colorful skyline as the sun sets and the full moon rises to illuminate the lake.

This moonlit adventure is appropriate for ages 13+ when accompanied by an adult. Some paddling experience is helpful but not required. Experienced guides will offer basic paddling instruction and provide on-water support throughout the duration of the tour, which lasts approximately 2 hours.

Reservations and payment are required at least 24 hours in advance as space is limited. Price includes guided tour along with all the equipment (board, paddle, lifejacket, and lights).
