Blue Moon Halloween Adventure
Time & Location
About the Event
The year 2020 has been full of tricks! We think it's time for a spooky treat! A once in a blue moon kind of treat! The stars align perfectly this year to showcase a blue moon on Halloween, which falls on a Saturday night! We couldn't let this opportunity pass by without hosting a spooktacular full moon adventure on Halloween weekend! We're offering two nights of ghoulish goodness wrapped in slumber parties stuffed with spooky ghost stories sitting around a campfire.
We invite you to join us for this socially distant outdoor adventure to celebrate Halloween with fellow witches, warlocks, and wizards. Bring your own board or rent from us! Stay and slumber under the stary night sharing spooky stories around the campfire or disappear into the darkness after the paddle adventure ends. There are no rules unless you hear banjo music, then you better paddle faster!
Choose your own adventure package: the Full Monty, Intrepid Trick or Treater, or the Pale Moon Paddler. The full monty adventure package includes all paddleboard equipment, guided tour, witches hat, and a reserved campsite at Marion County Park (single or 2-night option available). The Intrepid Trick or Treater option is for those bringing their own boards and making their own life choices because they ain't scared of nothing. And the Pale Moon Paddler is for witches who need a fully equipped paddleboard adventure but can't handle sleeping outside on the hallowed haunted grounds. We don't discriminate based on the type of watercraft, costume choice or gender identity. All are welcome and the more the merrier!
Select the adventure package that's right for you and we'll see you soon witches! This once in a blue moon adventure is appropriate for ages 21+. Some paddling experience is helpful but not required. Sunshine will offer basic paddling instruction and provide on-water support throughout the duration of the tour.
Reservations and payment are required in advance as space is limited. To learn more or register with an alternate form of payment email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 423.763.7357.
